The Trip Polama Weekly Savings Plan allows travelers to pay for their vacation in 52 small, manageable weekly installments. By enrolling in the plan, you agree to:

• Maintain consistent weekly installments on or before the due date specified in your enrollment summary.
• Enjoy price-lock protection: the total package cost locked at registration will NOT increase due to peak season price surges.
• A 7-day grace period is provided for any missed weekly payment without penalty.

To ensure smooth logistics and hotel reservations:

• Travelers must finalize their preferred departure dates at least 30 days prior to travel.
• Vouchers for hotel stay, transport transfers, and sight-seeing passes will be issued 7 days prior to departure.
• Custom requests (such as room upgrades or meal preferences) should be submitted at least 15 days before travel.

We understand plans can change! Our traveler-friendly refund structure:

• Postponement: Free date postponement if requested 30+ days prior to travel.
• Cancellation (30+ Days Prior): 90% refund of total weekly savings collected.
• Cancellation (15-29 Days Prior): 70% refund of total weekly savings collected.
• Transferability: You may transfer your savings plan to a friend or family member at any time without fees.

Travelers must ensure valid government-issued ID proofs (Aadhaar, Passport) for all group members:

• Passports must have at least 6 months validity for international trips (Bali, Dubai, Thailand).
• Travelers are responsible for adhering to local laws, sanctuary guidelines, and safety instructions provided by trip coordinators.
• Trip Polama provides complimentary basic travel assistance; comprehensive medical insurance is recommended for overseas trips.
